The window

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We can't accept anything that's been worn, marked, or washed.

How to start

Email [returns@handofgod.co] with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a return.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We'll swap it, subject to stock. You cover return postage on exchanges.

Refunds & store credit

Approved returns are refunded as store credit or to your original payment method. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty out of the bag. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Final sale

Sale items can't be returned or exchanged unless they're faulty.

Faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right. Repair, replacement or refund.
